Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Security Officer with a strong legal background (LLB) to join our Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity division in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in corporate security, risk management, and compliance, with a focus on the financial sector. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our assets, information, and personnel, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for physical and information security threats.

Oversee access control systems, surveillance, and visitor management.

Investigate security incidents, breaches, and policy violations, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with data protection laws (e.g., IT Act, PDPB) and financial regulations.

Liaise with law enforcement agencies and external security consultants when necessary.

Manage security personnel and coordinate security operations for events and critical business functions.

Provide security awareness training to employees.
