We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Leader with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Pune. This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing the delivery of services within our building material division, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and a strong understanding of design principles as they apply to product development, user experience, and project execution in the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end service delivery processes for building material products and solutions.
• Develop and implement service strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, sales, operations, R&D) to ensure seamless service delivery.
