Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our Shared Services team within the Manufacturing & Production division. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment, supporting critical business functions and contributing to operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and execution of various shared services processes, including but not limited to vendor management, procurement support, and internal communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and workflows.
- Create visual aids, presentations, and reports to communicate information effectively to stakeholders.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to the continuous learning and development of the team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
