Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for our Shipping Engineering & Technical - Other role within the Internet Team. This position is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to the operational efficiency and technical advancements in our shipping and logistics domain. You will gain exposure to various aspects of our online platform's technical operations and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis and optimization of shipping processes and workflows.
- Support the technical teams in identifying and resolving operational challenges related to shipping.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on shipping technologies and service providers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new shipping-related features or improvements on the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of shipping strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on shipping performance metrics and insights.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies to small-scale technical projects within the shipping domain.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new shipping functionalities.
