Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual with 1-3 years of experience to join our Shipping & Maritime - Other team within the Automobile division. This role is crucial for optimizing our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient movement of automotive components and finished vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of maritime operations and their integration with the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of shipping and logistics for automotive parts and vehicles.
Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to schedules.
Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for process improvement.
Prepare reports and documentation related to shipping activities.
Support the resolution of any shipping-related issues or discrepancies.
