We are seeking a motivated and analytical Site Merchandiser with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Beverage team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising principles and a passion for the beverage industry. This role is crucial in optimizing our online product presentation, driving sales, and enhancing the customer journey on our digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure our product catalog is appealing, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability for our beverage portfolio.
- Manage product catalog content, including descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement online campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Optimize product placement, categorization, and search functionality to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Conduct A/B testing on product pages and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure product information is compliant with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and manage stock levels online.
