Role Summary:
UPL Limited is seeking a Sociology Teacher with 3-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Surat. This role will focus on applying sociological principles and legal understanding to address challenges and opportunities within our agriculture, forestry, and fishing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in sociological theory and research methodologies, coupled with an understanding of relevant legal frameworks impacting these sectors in India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver educational content on sociological topics relevant to the agricultural, forestry, and fishing sectors, considering the Indian context.
- Analyze social structures, cultural practices, and community dynamics within rural and agrarian communities.
- Research and advise on the socio-legal implications of company policies and government regulations impacting stakeholders in these industries.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees and local communities on topics such as social impact, community development, and labor laws.
- Conduct field research and data collection to assess social issues and propose evidence-based solutions.
- Collaborate with legal and HR departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical social practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations on sociological findings and their relevance to business operations.
