Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Software Compliance - License Management professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences team in Kochi. This role is crucial for ensuring our organization adheres to software licensing agreements and regulatory compliance standards within the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM background and a strong understanding of license management principles and their application in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage all software licenses across the organization to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits of software usage and license inventory to identify any discrepancies or risks.
- Develop and implement strategies for license optimization and cost reduction.
- Stay updated on relevant software licensing regulations and industry best practices, particularly within the pharmaceutical domain.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, procurement, and business units to ensure accurate license tracking and reporting.
- Prepare reports on license compliance status, potential risks, and recommendations for management.
- Assist in the negotiation and renewal of software license agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all software assets and licenses.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of license management tools and systems.
- Ensure that all software procurement and deployment processes are compliant with licensing terms.
