Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Software Compliance - License Management professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Software Product team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to software licensing agreements and policies, mitigating compliance risks, and optimizing software asset utilization within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of software licensing models, compliance frameworks, and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits of software usage and license inventory to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and procurement teams to negotiate software contracts and renewals.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective software license management and cost optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest software licensing regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare reports on software compliance status, license utilization, and audit findings.
- Assist in managing software audits conducted by vendors.
