Recruiting for Sonographer - Import & Export Team

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sonographer with 3-4 years of experience to join our Import & Export team. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background and understanding of pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance and efficiency in our international trade operations. This role involves meticulous record-keeping, quality assessment, and coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate the smooth import and export of pharmaceutical goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the documentation and administrative processes for the import and export of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and verifications on incoming and outgoing pharmaceutical materials, verifying specifications and compliance with import/export regulations.
• Liaise with customs authorities, shipping agents, and internal departments to ensure timely and compliant clearance of goods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import and export transactions, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of import/export licenses, permits, and other necessary documentation.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to import/export processes and propose solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest regulations and best practices in pharmaceutical import and export.
