Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Automobile team as a Sound / Light / Technical Support - Other. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Des graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic automotive industry. You will be responsible for providing technical support related to sound and lighting systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with the implementation of technical solutions within our Chennai facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for sound and lighting systems in automotive applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues related to audio and visual equipment.
- Assist senior technicians in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio-visual setups.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and provide support.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in sound, lighting, and automotive systems.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance of technical components.
- Maintain inventory of technical equipment and supplies.
