Recruiting for Spanish Teacher (3-4 Yrs) - Fitness & Wellness Team

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spanish Teacher with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Fitness & Wellness team at Cult.fit. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of language pedagogy. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging Spanish language courses tailored to our diverse clientele, contributing to their personal and professional growth within the wellness ecosystem. This role is based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive Spanish language curriculum for various proficiency levels, from beginner to intermediate.

Conduct engaging and interactive classes, utilizing modern teaching methodologies and incorporating cultural nuances.

Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback and personalized support.

Adapt teaching materials and approaches to suit the needs of a fitness and wellness-focused audience.

Contribute to the development of supplementary learning resources and activities.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and engagement.

Collaborate with the broader Cult.fit team to integrate language learning into wellness programs.
