Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Physician with 0-1 years of experience to join our Corporate Wellness team. This role is crucial in promoting the health and well-being of our employees within the demanding environment of the Gems and Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and a passion for preventative care and sports-related injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and provide basic medical support for work-related musculoskeletal issues and minor sports injuries.
- Develop and implement basic wellness programs and ergonomic assessments tailored to office-based and manufacturing roles.
- Educate employees on injury prevention techniques, healthy lifestyle choices, and basic first aid.
- Assist senior medical staff in data collection for health and safety initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to promote a healthy work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports medicine and occupational health.
