Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our Defence & Aerospace team. This role will involve leveraging technology and data analytics to support our initiatives in Sports Science & Medicine within the defence sector. You will contribute to developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance performance and well-being of our personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain databases for sports performance, physiological data, and medical records using advanced data management techniques.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to athlete performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
Design and implement software tools or applications to support sports science research, data visualization, and reporting.
Collaborate with sports scientists, medical professionals, and defence personnel to understand their data needs and provide technical solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in the development of algorithms or models for predictive analytics related to performance optimization and injury risk.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports science technology, data analytics, and their applications in defence.
