Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Broker with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the smooth operation of our leather goods division. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock of leather raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts.
- Process stock transfers and update inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity compliance.
- Prepare stock reports and provide insights to management.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory items.
