We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Store Executive with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a recent MBA/PGDM graduate eager to learn and contribute to the smooth functioning of our retail operations within the esteemed Gems & Jewellery sector. This role is based in Thane.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional activities.

Maintain store cleanliness and organization to uphold brand standards.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally.

Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, including sales processes and security protocols.
