We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Keeper / Manager with an M.Pharma background to join our Ports & Shipping team in Surat. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in inventory management, procurement, and logistics within a large-scale industrial environment. The role requires meticulous record-keeping and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, adhering to proper storage and handling procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes when necessary, coordinating with procurement.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and issue materials for internal requisitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hazardous material handling protocols.
- Assist in the management of expired or damaged stock, following established procedures.
- Support the team in daily operational tasks, including documentation and reporting.
- Leverage M.Pharma knowledge for understanding chemical/pharmaceutical material requirements and safe handling.
