You will be responsible for supporting sourcing activities, analyzing supplier performance, and contributing to cost-optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies for real estate development projects.

Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Support the negotiation process with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Analyze supplier performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, contracts, and supplier information.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide sourcing solutions.

Utilize design thinking and aesthetic understanding from M.Des to inform material and vendor selection where applicable.
