Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Strength & Conditioning Specialist to join our Content Development and Language team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance the physical and mental resilience of our content creators and language experts, contributing to their overall productivity and well-being. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of experience looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic corporate environment. A Graduation degree is not mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized strength and conditioning programs focusing on injury prevention, posture correction, and ergonomic advice for individuals working in content creation and language roles.
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide personalized feedback and guidance.
- Develop and lead group fitness sessions, stretching routines, and mindfulness exercises.
- Educate employees on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition and stress management, relevant to sedentary work environments.
- Collaborate with HR and management to integrate wellness initiatives into the company culture.
- Maintain records of employee progress and program effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in strength and conditioning, adapting programs as needed.
