Recruiting for System Administrator / Engineer - Management Consulting Team

We are seeking a motivated System Administrator / Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our IT operations team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, supporting our management consulting business operations in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system administration principles and a BBA/BBM degree, demonstrating a unique blend of business acumen and technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and related software applications.

Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and system upgrades.

Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Collaborate with other IT team members and business stakeholders.
