We are seeking a motivated System Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of system analysis principles within the insurance domain. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of IT systems that support our insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders in the insurance sector.
• Analyze existing system functionalities and identify areas for improvement or integration.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Design and propose system solutions, considering technical feasibility and business impact.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of system designs.
• Conduct system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to validate solutions.
• Provide support during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase and address any issues.
• Document system processes, user manuals, and technical guides.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues post-implementation.
