Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Security Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our BPO / Call Centre team in Coimbatore. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing the security posture of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring network and system logs for suspicious activities and security breaches.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus software.
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Help develop and document security procedures and policies.
- Respond to security incidents and assist in incident response activities.
- Conduct regular security awareness training for employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and company security policies.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
