Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Support - Non Voice professional with 2-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our Leather Operations team in Bangalore. This role will focus on providing non-voice technical assistance and support related to our leather sourcing, manufacturing processes, quality control, and compliance aspects. You will leverage your legal understanding to interpret and apply regulations, draft documentation, and resolve issues within the operational framework of our leather business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide non-voice technical support to internal teams regarding leather sourcing, production, and quality control processes.
- Analyze and interpret technical data and documentation related to leather materials and manufacturing.
- Assist in the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, and compliance documents related to leather procurement and operations, leveraging your LLB background.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by the operations team, documenting findings and solutions.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality benchmarks, and relevant legal/regulatory requirements in all operational support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, quality assurance, and legal departments.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and related documentation.
- Stay updated on best practices in technical support and advancements in leather technology and compliance.
