Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Education / Training team as a Telecom - Other Associate. In this role, you will support various operational and administrative functions within our telecom training programs, contributing to the smooth delivery and execution of our courses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a BBA/BBM degree and 1-2 years of experience looking to gain exposure in the fast-paced telecom education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of telecom training sessions and workshops.
- Support trainers and participants with logistical arrangements and material distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and feedback.
- Help in preparing training reports and performance analysis.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, trainers, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to program development and improvement initiatives.
- Undertake research on emerging trends in the telecom sector relevant to training programs.
- Provide administrative support for program-related activities and events.
