Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Telecom - Other professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our telecommunication infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and communication within our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a B.Tech/B.E. degree, with a keen understanding of telecom technologies and their application in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's telecommunication network infrastructure, including voice and data systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure minimal downtime and high availability.
Implement and configure new telecom solutions and upgrades as per business requirements.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the quality and efficiency of telecom services.
Monitor network performance and security, recommending and implementing improvements.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding telecom systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in telecommunication technologies and their potential applications.
