Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and creative Textile Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our Pulp & Paper team in Pune. This role is ideal for a candidate who has completed their 12th grade and is eager to contribute to the development of innovative paper-based products. You will work closely with our design and production teams to conceptualize and create unique textile-inspired designs for our specialty paper products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing new textile-inspired patterns and designs for paper products.
- Create mood boards and design concepts based on market trends and client requirements.
- Prepare design specifications and technical drawings for production.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Conduct basic market research to identify emerging design trends in textiles and their application in paper.
- Manage design assets and maintain a library of design samples.
- Support senior designers in various design-related tasks.
