Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual for a Top Management - Other role within our Electrical Equipment division. This position is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to make a significant impact in a leading MNC. You will be involved in strategic initiatives, market analysis, and supporting senior leadership in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of strategic business plans for the electrical equipment portfolio.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
Support senior management in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
Prepare presentations and reports for management review.
Analyze financial data and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and R&D.
