Role Summary:

This role is crucial in managing and coordinating travel arrangements for our clinical research staff and clients, ensuring seamless logistics for project execution. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for employees, investigators, and clients.
- Manage travel itineraries, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
- Process travel expense reports and reconcile invoices.
- Provide visa and passport assistance, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
- Liaise with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate favorable rates and services.
- Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and site visits.
- Maintain accurate travel records and databases.
- Offer support and solutions for any travel-related issues or emergencies.
