Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Des degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our Treasury & Forex team. This role will support the efficient management of foreign exchange transactions, hedging strategies, and treasury operations within the dynamic clinical research and contract research industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the financial health and stability of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in executing daily foreign exchange transactions, including spot and forward contracts.
* Support the monitoring of currency markets and identify potential risks and opportunities.
* Contribute to the preparation of treasury reports and analyses related to forex exposure.
* Help in the reconciliation of forex transactions and related accounting entries.
* Participate in the development and implementation of hedging strategies under the guidance of senior team members.
* Support the management of banking relationships and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable) to gather information and resolve queries related to forex.
* Utilize financial software and tools to manage treasury operations and generate reports.
* Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments related to treasury and forex management.
