Recruiting for Treasury Head - Engineering & Construction Team

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Treasury Head with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Finance team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma degree and a strong understanding of financial principles, with a focus on treasury operations within the Engineering & Construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the company's liquidity and cash flow, ensuring optimal fund utilization.
- Support in foreign exchange management, including hedging strategies and exposure monitoring.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on treasury activities, including cash position, debt levels, and investment performance.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for transactional banking and financing needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Support in debt management and fundraising activities.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Utilize B.Pharma knowledge to understand potential financial implications in pharmaceutical-related projects or supply chains if applicable to specific projects.
