Recruiting for UAV Pilot - Hotels & Restaurants Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UAV Pilot with a Doctorate/PhD to join our innovative team in Indore. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced aerial surveillance and data collection strategies to enhance our operational efficiency and guest experience within the Hotels & Restaurants sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of drone technology, data analysis, and a proven track record in managing complex aerial operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct aerial surveys and data collection using UAVs for property assessment, environmental monitoring, and security surveillance.
- Analyze collected data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights relevant to hotel operations and guest services.
- Develop and refine flight plans and operational procedures to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate new drone technologies and sensor payloads to enhance data acquisition capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and IT, to implement UAV-based solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot UAV systems, ensuring optimal performance and readiness.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for senior management.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in UAV technology, aerospace engineering, and relevant data science fields.
- Train and mentor junior team members on UAV operations and data analysis techniques.
- Ensure adherence to all Indian aviation regulations and company safety protocols.
