Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at JK Paper Ltd. in Delhi. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital user experience for our internal and external platforms, contributing to the efficiency and innovation within the pulp and paper industry. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces. A Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree or equivalent is preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
