We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity team as an Upstream - Other associate. This role is ideal for a recent M.Sc graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience who is eager to contribute to early-stage investment analysis and deal execution within the vibrant Indian startup ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
Assist in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential investments.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and decision-making.
Support portfolio companies with strategic and operational initiatives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the relevant sectors.
