Job Description
We are looking for a talented UX Design Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to lead our UX efforts within the fast-paced courier and logistics sector. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our platforms, ensuring seamless and intuitive interactions for our customers and internal teams. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and strong leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end UX design process for new features and product enhancements, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity mockups.
Translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant and user-friendly design solutions for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing designs.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices, especially within the logistics and e-commerce domains.
