Key Responsibilities:

Assist in defining the user experience strategy for our urban transport solutions, focusing on intuitive and accessible interfaces.

Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design insights, utilizing LLM capabilities for in-depth analysis of user feedback and sentiment.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that enhance user engagement.

Apply your LLM expertise to analyze complex datasets, identify user pain points, and propose innovative design solutions for our electric vehicle platforms and services.

Contribute to the development of design guidelines and ensure consistency across all user touchpoints.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in UX design, AI, and the urban mobility sector in India.
