As a Voice & Accent Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the communication skills of our employees, focusing on pronunciation, intonation, and overall clarity. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong command of the English language and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on voice modulation, accent neutralization, and pronunciation for employees.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to trainees to improve their speaking clarity.
- Monitor trainee progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in voice and accent training.
- Assist in evaluating the communication effectiveness of new hires.
