Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Webmaster with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic BPM team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and updating our company's internal and external websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. This role requires a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of web technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all platforms.
Perform regular website updates, including text, image, and multimedia content.
Monitor website performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure fast loading times.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Ensure website security by implementing and monitoring security measures.
Collaborate with design and development teams to implement new features and functionalities.
Generate website traffic and user engagement reports.
Provide technical support to website users.
