We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Welder with 0-2 years of experience to join our Retail Operations team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for maintaining and fabricating structures and fixtures within our retail spaces, ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of welding techniques and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic retail environment. A background as any graduate is welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic welding tasks on metal fixtures, shelving, and structural components within store premises.
Assist senior welders and maintenance staff in fabricating and repairing store equipment and displays.
Ensure all welding activities comply with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
Read and interpret basic blueprints or technical drawings for welding projects.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
Clean and prepare surfaces for welding.
Contribute to a safe and organized work environment.
