Recruiting for Workshop Manager / Supervisor - Oil & Gas Team (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workshop Manager / Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our Oil & Gas team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong organizational skills and a foundational understanding of financial principles relevant to workshop management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workshop staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.

Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels and tracking usage.

Assist in the preparation and management of workshop budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the workshop environment.

Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and workshop activities.

Liaise with procurement and finance departments for parts ordering and invoice processing.

Support in the scheduling of maintenance and repair work for workshop equipment and vehicles.

Generate reports on workshop performance, inventory status, and financial expenditures.
