Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Recruitment Marketing & Branding Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative strategies to attract top talent, enhance our employer brand, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will play a key role in positioning UFlex as an employer of choice within the competitive packaging and containers industry in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including social media content, career pages, and recruitment videos.
• Manage and optimize our presence on various job boards and professional networking platforms.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
• Analyze recruitment marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent acquisition.
