Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within our hospitals and medical services.
- Create compelling employer branding content across multiple platforms (social media, career pages, industry publications) that highlights our company culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Utilize your LLM knowledge to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and candidate behavior to inform recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize our employer branding campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall HR and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, hiring managers, marketing teams) to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing efforts, using data to identify areas for improvement.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and university outreach programs to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent acquisition, particularly within the healthcare industry in India.
