We are seeking a dynamic and creative Recruitment Marketing & Branding Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in enhancing our employer brand and attracting top talent within the competitive pulp and paper industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their unique background in B.Pharma to bring a fresh perspective to our talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, career fairs) to attract qualified candidates.
- Craft compelling employer branding content, including job descriptions, social media posts, and website copy, highlighting Star Paper Mills' unique value proposition.
- Analyze recruitment data and campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment efforts.
- Manage and maintain the company's careers page and social media presence, ensuring brand consistency.
- Explore and implement new employer branding initiatives to position Star Paper Mills as an employer of choice.
- Utilize insights from a B.Pharma background to understand and communicate the scientific and technical aspects of our roles effectively.
