Recruitment Marketing & Branding Specialist

Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic Recruitment Marketing & Branding Specialist to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent within the beauty and personal care industry in India. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to showcase Nykaa as an employer of choice, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies aligned with Nykaa's employer branding objectives.
2. Create compelling content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, career page copy, videos) that highlights Nykaa's culture, values, and employee value proposition.
3. Manage and optimize Nykaa's careers page and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to attract and engage potential candidates.
4. Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all recruitment platforms.
5. Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus drives to promote Nykaa as an employer.
6. Track and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
