Recruitment Marketing & Branding Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Recruitment Marketing & Branding Specialist to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent within the Indian agrochemical sector. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to position UPL as an employer of choice. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our recruitment channels, and ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy aligned with UPL's business objectives and employer value proposition.
- Create engaging and informative content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, videos, career pages) that showcases UPL's culture, opportunities, and impact.
- Manage and optimize UPL's career website and social media presence (LinkedIn, etc.) to attract passive and active candidates.
- Plan and execute employer branding campaigns for specific talent segments and hiring initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all recruitment materials.
- Analyze recruitment marketing campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus drives to promote UPL as an employer.
- Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for recruitment marketing support.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
