Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment Supervisor to oversee and manage our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of recruiters, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes, and contributing to the overall success of our staffing solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and excellent leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
