Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Other (1-2 Yrs) for Engineering & Construction

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various engineering and construction roles.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
