Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing aviation startup. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling our talent pipeline, ensuring we attract and hire the best individuals to drive our company's success in the dynamic aviation sector. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the aviation industry, including pilots, engineers, cabin crew, and ground staff.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on recruitment progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in talent acquisition, and competitive compensation benchmarks.
