Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions within our rapidly growing fitness and wellness organization. You will be instrumental in shaping our workforce and ensuring we have the right people to drive our mission forward. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and a passion for the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior management.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding.
