We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our firm's expansion. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, with a focus on legal professionals and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for legal and administrative positions.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and facilitate communication between candidates and the hiring team.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the firm's reputation as an employer of choice.
