Reefer Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reefer Engineer to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 6 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and operation of refrigerated containers (reefers) within the import and export logistics sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our reefer fleet, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the integrity of temperature-sensitive cargo.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all reefer units, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to reefer performance and temperature control.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to minimize reefer downtime and optimize cargo transit times.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in reefer engineering.
